The Return of LongMetal Stem Night and Robotics Camps

2023 Marks the Return of These Popular STEM Community Programs for Team LongMetal

Calling all aspiring engineers, programmers, and tech enthusiasts! LongMetal Robotics is thrilled to announce the return of our highly anticipated community events - STEM Night and Summer Robotics Camp.

Our STEM Night, taking place on Friday, May 19th at Longmeadow High School, is the perfect opportunity for students (ages 6-12) to dive headfirst into the world of science, technology, engineering, and math. Led by Longmeadow High School Students, this exciting evening of hands-on activities and demonstrations will be sure to spark a love for STEM in young minds.

For those wanting to take their passion for robotics to the next level, our Summer Robotics Camp is the perfect place to be. With two sessions: July 17-21 for rising 3rd-5th graders and July 24-28 for rising 6th-9th graders, students will engage in coding and engineering activities, challenging their skills and creativity.

Not only are these events the perfect way to get kids excited about STEM, but they also serve as fundraisers for LongMetal Robotics, helping to support our growing program and initiatives. The events are led by Longmeadow high school students, providing a valuable opportunity for mentorship and leadership development.

We expect space for these events to fill up quickly, so be sure to sign up as soon as possible. We can't wait to see you there! For more information and to register, visit our website at www.longmetal.org.
